Starting with the grim news that cast a shadow over this past week in Washington State,

prosecutors have charged a 15-year-old with shooting and killing his parents and three siblings near Fall City. He's also accused of attempting to stage the scene to avoid

responsibility. Amy Radle has more. Prosecutors have charged the 15-year-old with five counts of

aggravated first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.

They're seeking to have him tried in adult court where he could receive a lengthier sentence.

Based on the details and the charging documents, prosecutors are asking a judge for a hearing, at which time both parties will present evidence and the judge will make the determination

if the 15-year-old will be moved to adult court. That's Casey McNerthney spokesperson for King

County prosecutors. One sibling, an 11-year-old girl, was wounded but managed to escape to a neighbor's

house. She told investigators she saw her oldest brother use his father's handgun to kill their other family members.

Tonight, families of two Washingtonians killed by the Israeli military will speak together publicly for the first time.

Aishonore Aegee was shot and killed at a West Bank protest last month. Her husband,

Hamid Ali, will speak on her behalf tonight at the University of Washington. It's a way for me to

give some meaning to the loss. I can do something with this. It doesn't have to be for nothing.
