President Biden had tough words for Israel's leader.

Let's get you caught up with today's seven stories.

Number one, a judge rejected Donald Trump's bid to dismiss his classified documents case. Trump's legal team had claimed that he shouldn't be prosecuted for

mishandling classified documents.

They argued that he was protected by a federal records law. But yesterday a federal judge in Florida shot down that

argument. She also defended her controversial handling of the issue and she hit

back at the case's prosecutor who had criticized her this week.

So the case will go ahead.

There's no set trial date yet, but we'll let you know when there is.

This is one of four ongoing criminal cases against Trump, who is running for president again.

Number two, President Biden warned Israel that U.S support for its war in Gaza hinges on protecting civilians.

Biden spoke on the phone with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday.

The call came after Israel's deadly strike on aid workers with the nonprofit World Central

Kitchen this week.

Yesterday, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken explained what the President told Netanyahu on that call.
