So here we are, poor lighting and all in First Kings chapter 10. So if you have a

place you can follow along. Let me just jump right in. First Kings chapter 10, verse one,

and when the queen of Sheba, so we've heard about the queen of Sheba, the half has not been told,

maybe is what you associate with the Queen of Sheba.

But she was from southern Arabian Peninsula, like maybe modern day Yemen.

And she had heard about Solomon and she was coming to check it out.

And the Queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the Lord.

She heard about how famous Solomon was because of the name of the Lord.

So all of Solomon's identity and fame was wrapped up in his identity with the Lord.
