great question. This is a topic that comes up all the time when I'm working one-on-one with

clients. So I know that many of you are probably experiencing something very

similar. We're all so busy and it's such a fast-paced world that following a healthy real

food diet can be a real challenge. But there is no way around it when you are following a real

food plan.

Cooking is going to come into play at some point.

But our busy schedules are so often leading us to eating habits that are not really that great for our health.

Oftentimes we're resorting to convenience foods or ordering takeout. These foods are very processed

and nutritionally poor. But if you have a strategy, a little planning, a little preparation,

you can enjoy real food that is nutritious and satisfying, whether you're cooking for yourself or the whole family.
