Welcome to our first edition of Free Trail Friday. Of course,

my name is Dylan Bowman, joined by my good friend and our guest co-host this week, Mr. Eric Senceman.

This is our first edition of this new what we hope to be weekly live stream. So I want to tell you a little bit about it before we get started here.

Of course, the main podcast, which you might be familiar with, is mostly a one-on-one

interview show.

In fact, our co-host today, Mr. Eric Stensman has been a guest on that podcast.

And the idea with Free Trail Friday is to be more of a newsy show, to be a little bit more

informational to talk about all the news and happenings that is happening within our

wonderful sport of Trail and Ultra Running.

And this week, of course, we are going to be breaking down tomorrow's big race at the Black

Canyon 100K, a race that our esteemed co-host has been on the

podium at three separate times.

So a perfect person to join us for this first one.

And the chat feature is enabled here in the live stream.

I'm going to do my best to monitor that.

But feel free to chime in there.
