Cam Smith is a mountain athlete from Crested Butte, CO. In the last few years, Cam has established himself as one of the best American ski mountaineering athletes in the world. He has also had a great early start to his trail running career. In January, Cam became the first American man to ever podium in a Ski Mountaineering senior race, securing a 3rd place finish at a vertical race in Andorra. mountaineering is a complementary winter activity that many of the best trail runners

experiencing massive growth, explosive growth in North America, much like trail running,

both on a competitive and a recreational level.
