Today, we're going to be talking about freedom.

In previous episodes, we've been talking

about things like postmodernism and the idea of privacy and what was going on with Barbie.

Underlying all of those is another question. What is it even in freedom? How is it? What do you

do with it? What can you do? Is it even real? Are you free?

Is not everything every one of us does always precipitated by a bunch of other things that led to it,

thereby negating the very possibility that we have any agency over our lives?

I don't know.

These are the fun, lighthearted questions we like to explore here on this show.

It's a kids program, and we're hoping to sell it to Sesame Street at some point.

intuition soon I my brain went when you originally brought up freedom to our American

conception of freedom and how we very much obsess over it. But it's a weird kind of

freedom. I think it's sometimes a very limited kind of freedom. It's not an internal freedom
