And welcome back fellow American patriots and Miniman standing at the ready to fight anew

for the issues that matter in the way they matter. Yes, at the time they matter, It is Friday, October 3rd. I can't believe it,

but we are on day three of the fiscal year, and Republicans have not caved on the shutdown.

Look, props where I'm wrong, I still don't think it's going to play out in the long run in a way that

they're going to get durable victories. I still think the most likely scenario is at some point they will agree to

some degree of Obamacare subsidies or extended Biden-Obomacare subsidies, but I must say they've

held the line until now. And there's three factors in that.

I want to get into that.

But moreover, not that I think they're going to do it,

but I do believe there is an opportunity to reset the wayward economic message

to reset their message on debt and health care,

on how the crushing debt is driving the unaffordability.

The subsidization regulation of health care is driving, particularly the unaffordability of health care.

After screwing up budget reconciliation, in my view, to me they have a reset to make lemonade

out of these lemons. And now that Democrats are forcing a shutdown and making it about health care, we could shove it right

back at them.

See, you might say, well, there's no impetus.

There was no impetus to do a second reconciliation bill.

Now there is.

They could just say, you know what?
