Summary

Let's normalize our bodies in front of our children. If my kids choose to come in my room, that is their choice, but they will see the bush. If I'm naked I will just keep changing even with the windows open. Who gives a fck!? If we can get over the puberty hump of our children being embarrassed of our bodies we can make a big change in body confidence and body movement. Tune in for these words of wisdom and oh so much more!

Oh, were we just going to have like a rolling rack down here?

0:38.3

Oh my God. That's a great idea. Yeah, just like a rollout clothes. We're just going to be getting better and better. And by the time we're 87, we will have mastered this podcast. There's so much I want to do in my studio down here because I, you know, it's I. I know I was calling yesterday. Why? Oh, what do you want to do in the studio?

0:56.7

Well, I have, we have a friend down the street and they have a basement and they have younger

1:01.2

kids in us. They're all under seven or eight or whatever. And they were like, oh, I got to do the

1:05.8

basement and get it sorted. I said, I want to give you a piece of advice. Do not do anything to your basement for children

1:12.9

under the age of eight because by eight and over, they do not play with toys anymore. So do not

1:18.0

organize your basement as a toy room because although it feels like it's a really important

1:23.2

part of your life, it's too fast. Like if you're renovating, don't think about a toy room. Think about what that room can be when they're 10 and over and where they're going to live their lives. And I will tell you, girls live in their rooms, boys live in the basement with their friends. And when they have their friends over, girls go to the rooms. Yep. Boys go to the basement.

1:45.0

Yep.

1:45.2

Even like,

1:43.6

So I should, Chloe goes to the basement.

1:45.4
