Oh, anybody that's going to therapy knows the dance.

It can be very, very difficult to try to find a therapist that is right for you.

You know, I went on a stretch there where and you just kind of know it's sort of hard

to explain like when you know it's right and when the respect is there and they get you,

but you also know almost, it's almost like dating, you almost like know immediately that

this is not going to work out, right?

So we do free therapy Thursday and Bersho listeners will submit emails because while we are

all big advocates of therapy, we know therapy isn't accessible to everybody.

So we want to help out where we can.

So we have our Bersho therapist Miranda Campbell from Port Counseling Group here and wanted

to do something a little different this time.

So we don't have like a listener email.

Instead, we want to provide tips and tricks on finding the right therapist for you because

when I realized on this show, there's several people who have had a difficult time finding

a good therapist that they gel with and also once that don't ghost them, they'll be nice

in my therapist responded to me.
