podcast and in this series I am very delighted to be back with some great

guests to share my airwaves with here in the well-being studios. So many of you have actually

written and commented saying how much you enjoy hearing from some of our leading foodies,

the well-being gurus and opinion formers, so I've deliberately

asked some of the leading lights here in these areas to come in and talk about

their specialist subjects and I'm delighted to be kicking off this first new episode

with an award-winning farmer, someone who I've got to know quite well over the last

few years who's championed a whole new genre of farming and a campaigner who's

not only helping to change the face of British farming, but who's also passionate about

animal welfare, soil fertility and our overall health and well-being.

I'm talking about Neil Darwint, founder of the Free Range Dairy Pasture Promise label, which is an increasingly appearing label on our supermarket shelves.

And honestly, you will find no bigger disruptor in the dairy industry right now as the free-range dairy offers

a better quality milk, a better and more natural way of life for our cows and a better

fairer deal for our British farming families too.
