It's so amazing that you carved time out today to spend these moments with Jesus in prayer.

And I truly believe that the person of Jesus is going to come meet you in these moments

and speak to your heart, speak to your mind, speak to your

emotions, and that he is going to show up and be real for you in these moments. Will you just pray a

simple prayer with me, say Jesus, show up in these moments.

Show me who you are.

Now take a deep breath in and out.

And receive the Spirit of Jesus that wants to come speak to you in these moments.

There's a verse that declares in Colossians 2 in verse 11 that through our union with Jesus,

we have experienced a change of heart. And all, all of the guilt and power

of sin has been cut away and is now extinct because of what Christ, the Anointed One, has accomplished for us. Because of what Jesus has done,

because he went to the cross and died when he didn't deserve it and he resurrected on the third day,

this verse declares because of what he has done, all of the guilt and power of sin has been gone.

So repeat these phrases after me, but we need to say it with authority. And the reason we can

say this with authority is because it is not based on our feelings or our actions or our realities,

but it is based on what Jesus has already done. So say this after me. Say all of the guilt of sin

is gone. Say it again with authority. All the guilt of sin is gone. Now say this, all of the power of sin is gone.

Say it one more time.

All the power of sin is gone.

Finally one more phrase, say sin is now extinct in my life. Say it one more time, sin is now extinct in my life. And these are not just cute phrases or things that we are hoping to believe.

No, this is what the Word of God says is true.

You can believe it.
