Hey there, everybody. This is me, Shroomin, Mr. Mushroom Man, whatever you want to call me.

Here on Pop Bear Hikes today, and me and Pop Bear are going to talk about some opportunities

that are out there for veterans and resources that are out there for veterans like myself

who want to go to state parks and national parks and some things that are being done in

that department.

So with that, do you want to start it out, Pop?

Yeah, Shroomin, I'd first like to talk about two things here.

One is the Veterans Prevention Access and Care and Treatment Act, if you'd like to

prevent care and access.

Now this is actually, they were looking for ways.

There's many items covered in this bill, but specifically, it talks about providing

a plan to improve access to therapeutic outdoor programs within our national parks.

And I also want to point to a study that was done recently by the University of Michigan.

And it goes hand in hand with what we're going to talk about tonight.

Why should we be encouraging veterans to go out and enjoy what the outdoors has to offer

us?
