So Wednesday night, Thursday morning with the great Jordan Reed from ESPN talking about the NFL draft to go into detail.

And I think it's important to talk about that, especially at receiver,, because that's what I'm going to talk about today, is where can they find

the answer they need at Receiver opposite Terry McClellan? I think it's going to be hard to find

it in free agency, and I'm going to go over why. So stay tuned for that. In just a minute,

I'll go over that. Not impossible, but it could be challenging to find what they need.

And that's why the draft get a veteran guy in the free agency, but then maybe get another

dynamic player in the draft, not necessarily the first pick.

You can get it in the third round as well.

So there are going to be names there.

That's what I'll have Jordan on for for sure. So just a couple things before I get there. One, when it comes to free agency, by and large, people are not considering this a great free agent class. So just, I'm going to start warning you now. I don't know if they're going to be these. I think you're going to make some moves here. I definitely, they have to make some moves for sure. But it's not considered a great free agency class. So I'm going to look for them as we get closer to agency at some, who are some young guys ascending that maybe you can get like the Frankie Louvre types, you know, the Dorrance Armstrong types, guys who are good, can be good, solid players for you, are they going to be those impact guys? Well, that's where coaching comes into play. Like you get the right guys, you get the right coaching, they can become more impactful. That's what you have to do. Now, you don't have that 20-sac guy out there that you're going to get. like I don't know they're gonna pay for a Trey Hendrickson given you know he's getting older he's in 30s he's coming off injuries etc and the price tag will be high now it doesn't mean you can't find guys at all I think you have to be aggressive I just don't know are you going to find the answers all in francy I think will that be difficult? Perhaps. Anyways, I'll get into more

of that down the road. And also, coaching staff is still not quite finalized, still putting together

some guys who are going to be like quality control coaches, maybe assistance at various position

groups, and then we're still waiting to hear what is going on with Brian Johnson. I have a feeling by the end of the week, we'll know the answer for that for sure, because if he's able to go somewhere, this is one thing I think that is probably smart on Washington's part.

If he feels like he was passed over, go explore your options. Get it. If you can get something else, that's great. If not, they clearly want them back. But I think he needs to go do that and come back with the right, like, hey, this is where I need to be, right? Like, because you don't want someone, I think it's smart to like, hey, if you feel passed over, go check out your options and exhaust those options to make sure that, yes, you still
