And during the season, from training camp on, was doing like weekly private zooms for all the club members before the game. All right, so today I want to talk about some things I learned about five things. I got five thoughts. I had five thoughts on Friday all about the offense. Now I got five thoughts on Monday all about the defense. And you're getting 10 thoughts in just two episodes.

So anyway, so today I got five thoughts on the defense.

And what I learned from after really from Durante Jones press conference,

but also in my one-on-one that I had with him and just some more

and just talking to other coaches

about him and just like getting to know him a lot more and getting a good feel for him.

So I wanted to share some of those thoughts with you.

Some of this stuff will be going into a story later in the spring or in the spring, I believe.

Anyways, so let's go to there.

Number one, defensive systems, they all start, in his mind, from Mike Zimmer.

So all the ones he's been in, he feels like everything flows from there.

So whether it was with Vance Joseph, Marvin Lewis, or even Brian Flores, so much of it starts

with what Mike Zimmer was doing.
