My name is Kyle Yates and I am your host.

It's been a crazy couple of days here of free agency frenzy but don't worry guys, we've

got the right guy here to break it all down.

It's Mike Tagliere, Mike, you've been surviving the past couple days man.

I've been surviving pretty well.

I mean, there was a barrage.

It feels like everything is coming in waves where it's not coming like spread out.

It's like all of a sudden one thing happens and then while you're writing something on

that, something else is breaking and it kind of makes me sad in a way.

And I don't know if you're the same way.

So yes, it's exciting to see that these players go in different places, trades happening.

But isn't part of it sad is that the NFL was always known as a place where I think a lot

of players were known to be tied to a franchise.

When we talk about some of those guys, they were always tied whereas like the NBA over

the years has slowly transitioned to where you never want to get attached to a player because

he could be elsewhere.

Yeah, well, I mean the salary cap has made that a reality where we used to see these guys

say and Dallas Cowboys for life, right?

But now that just doesn't happen very often.

So yeah, the salary cap definitely places a burden on that and makes that more of a reality.

On the flip side of it, it does make it a whole lot more entertaining for these kind
