| 0:55.0 | What was that experience like? Why were you there in the first place? |
| 0:59.0 | Right. Scott, I was spending my junior year abroad in Germany. I was in college. I was 20 years old and I was studying German and international studies and it was time for me to go spend some time overseas and to see the world a little bit. |
| 1:14.8 | And so I spent a year in Heidelberg, and I was in the western part of divided Germany at the time. |
| 1:19.9 | And it was the fall of 1989. |
| 1:25.6 | And so that was an amazing time. |
