To the south of France, Paradise, I'm in Constable reporting for the Walser General

Barons and other distinguished publications, and reporting now on the climate of southern France.

The headline in the New York Times, wildfire on edge of Marseilles injures more than 100,

according to officials. Subhead, firefighters work through the night, that is, these hours right now,

to prevent the blaze from

entering France's second biggest city, brought the wildfire under control on Wednesday morning.

However, I've learned to say, maybe. Wildfires in California, wildfires in the south of France.

Simon is not near the wildfire, but he's in the same climate as the south of France,

and this is a puzzle about a fire that rages into the second largest city. We're looking at

conditions that are changing constantly. It is not easy to predict flooding blizzards and fires. Maybe it's a pattern, maybe not, which is why Simon and I pay so much

attention to it. I say the South of France's paradise, and it is compared to other places I know.
