To the south of France to my good colleague Simon Constable reporting for the Wall Street

And we begin with the climate of the South of France and then what season it is.

Some in a very good day to you.

Here in southern New England we've had blue sky September's hardly any rain.

There seem to be clouds forming out there somewhere and

they'll be here eventually. How is it with you in the south of France? Good day to you.

Good day to you, John. Well the autumn has certainly arrived, but it is a very nice autumn so far.

Today, the low temperature was 50 Fahrenheit and it's gone up to a high of 75.

Lovely sun, no rain. What's not to laugh? So you don't overheat and you don't feel cold, perfect.

And the season, there's winter, there's spring, there's summer, there's fall, and there's spring there's summer there's fall and there's hunting season and you are

surrounded by men with rifles what are they hunting they are hunting but by the dozen it seems, they're hunting deer and wild boar, whatever they can get their dogs to corner and then come over and shoot them.

But there are a lot around at the moment of the hunters

and certainly a lot of animals are

fleeing around this morning.

I looked out of the window and two deer. We're going into a

cops in the garden so probably there to hide and and trying to get through the day

without being shot so that's what is happening and we'll see.

It's Wednesday what days are hunting days? Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

And I learned earlier this week from one of my neighbors

that there was a massive petition by a lot of women
