I want to apologize for not having an episode for you all last week.

We sent out a message on social media, but I was out of town for two weeks doing

some psychological services, some humanitarian work in Southern Africa, in Eswatini and just leading up to the trip we had some

reschedules and we weren't able to get enough episodes quote in the can that we would have liked to

so we ultimately had to skip that week.

Hopefully it was no harm, no foul. I did miss you all, but don't worry on patron.
