Appreciate you joining me just a handful of games to talk about today, but that's still baseball,

which means we still have some stuff to talk about.

The Detroit Tigers are going to be selecting Dylan Smith. which means we still have some stuff to talk about. Let's take a look at some news.

The Detroit Tigers are going to be selecting Dylan Smith, their former third round pick.

He just turned 25.

He was a starter for a while, had some injuries.

He's been transitioned to the bullpen this year.

So for fantasy purposes, maybe not, you know, somebody to really have on your radar.

Just, I guess we're going to see how things go. But he will be have to, he will have to be added to the 40-man roster.

The Tigers have a space open. They're 39 right now. So no move there. They will have to send someone off of their active roster, though. So some news to come when Dylan Smith officially gets promoted to the major leagues.

His fastball has been around 94 miles per hour this year.

He had a 1.80 ERA with a 37% strikeout rate with Erie before getting called up to AAA last week, made a couple of

appearances where he didn't give up a run, and now he's expected to be joining the Tigers.

Hunter Renfro has been released by the Royals. He was hitting 182 at the big league level this year.

He and MJ Melendez were sent down a while back. They still have Melendez on the 40-man

roster. They also have Drew Waters and Kyle Isbell and John Rave just got called up and is, you know,

a few games into his MLB tenure. And of course, there is the ever prominent question, when are
