Good afternoon, Fantasy Baseball fans.

This is Mike Carter with the Fantasy Baseball Beat on Friday, May 30th, 2025.

Can you believe that we are at the end of May already?

Wow.

Quite hard to believe.

I'm off today and going to be recording the show by myself

for the first time ever, as Chris Torres and Dave Funnel have these things called Jobs,

and they're both working today. So I'm going to come to you by myself, and I'm going to talk to

you a little bit today about bullpens. And if you're at like any other player that's

playing the game that we love, you're probably struggling to figure out who you're going to be

using in those relief pitchers slots. In fact, I talked to one high profile fantasy player today

who's talking about skipping out on saves all together in a couple of leagues that he's in.

It's a risky strategy, but it might pay off for him in those leagues.

So today what I'm going to do is I'm going to go through the American League first.

Then we're going to go through the National League.

And I have a mental health minute plan for you all later on as well.

Keep it to about a half an hour, get you out of here, get you through your weekend.

So let's start talking in the American League first, and we'll go division by division and see what's going on in each place. Let's look at the American League East first,

where the Boston Red Sox are really struggling this week if you've not been following.
