GFM is a vibe, and that’s why they’re one of the bands opening for Fozzy on the current “Save The World Tour.” GFM, which stands for Gold Frankincense & Myrrh, are the English sisters, and they’ve been playing since grade school! 21-year-old singer/bassist Maggie, 20-year-old guitarist CJ, and 18-year-old drummer Lulu! Their parents introduced them to music and instruments almost as soon as they could walk and talk, and encouraged them to play and start a band. The girls talk about their love of metal and hard rock, the role that faith has played in their music and career, how their parents taught them about songwriting, performing and the logistics of touring, and what inspired the cheerleading uniforms they wear onstage. Their energy is off the charts, their enthusiasm is crazy infectious, their story is unbelievable, and their music kicks ass!
