0:39.0	Yesterday we had the big news that Fox News and Dominion had settled their lawsuit.
0:46.0	Now we had some glimmer that this was possible that it was going to happen on Monday,
0:54.0	the day before the trial.
0:55.0	The trial was supposed to start Monday, and then at the last minute the judge delayed the trial for one day
0:59.0	saying we're going to give one more shot to settle this case.
1:02.0	Didn't happen the trial, you know, the pre-trial stuff, but that's the trial.
1:07.0	A jury selection started Tuesday, and then late yesterday, Tuesday afternoon,
1:12.0	we had the news that the two sides had settled, and they settled for about $780 million.
1:20.0	The exact number is escaping me at the moment.
1:23.0	And significantly, it's just a money settlement as far as we know.
1:31.0	I'm not sure, well, I'm not sure we're ever going to know the exact settlement,
1:35.0	because that's one of the things you get when you settle out of court.
1:40.0	It's a private settlement.
1:41.0	It's not published anywhere or something like that.
1:44.0	It's not discovery.
1:45.0	But it just seems to be, we know the dollar amount, and we know that Fox is not going to be forced to admit wrongdoing.
