0:07.8	Yesterday, I published a conversation with Katie Lamb about box therapy and about Katie
0:13.8	becoming the first woman to climb V-16. And I need to correct something that I said in that episode.
0:20.7	I said that only one woman had climbed V-15 prior to Katie climbing box therapy.
0:26.1	I was talking about Ashma Shiarishi, and I was completely wrong about that.
0:30.6	There are actually four women who have climbed V-15.
0:33.8	Ashima did two V-15s in 2016, and since then, three more women have climbed V-15.
0:40.7	Caddy Lehman did one in 2018.
0:44.1	Mishka Ishii did one in 2019, and Orion Bertoin did the first ascent of a V-15 in 2020.
0:52.5	So I'm really embarrassed about this.
0:54.4	I want to apologize to the three women who have climbed V-15, who I didn't mention in my
1:01.2	episode with Katie.
1:02.7	I didn't mean to diminish any of their accomplishments.
1:05.9	I didn't know about any of these as sense.
1:08.5	And that's a huge oversight.

1:12.2	search to realize that I was wrong. So yeah, here I am recording this episode to own my mistake
1:19.5	and to correct it and let all of you guys know. I think there's a couple of things that play into
1:25.6	this. I'm sure that I have a skewed American-centric perspective,
1:30.4	being that I live in the United States and probably get a lot more climbing news from American climbers.
1:36.2	But I know that I have a worldwide audience and you guys are tuning in from all over.
