Yeah, and today we are actually going to re-explore what for us was probably one of the most

interesting and eye-opening topics that we've ever discussed on the show. It was a long time ago,

but we're going to be speaking to someone who reached out with the subject line,

four people live in my body. This is someone with dissociative identity disorder. It's

formerly known as multiple personality disorder. And this is a disorder when someone has the

presence of two or more distinct personal personalities, I guess, and identities within them.

And each may have a unique name, personal history, characteristics. And it was years ago,

we spoke to someone who had seven of these altars. And it was so mind-blowing. And we have so many

new listeners now that we kind of want to bring this topic back with the new guest. So we're super

excited to learn about this guest's experience and their altars. So we've got the guest on the line,

and thanks so much for being on today.

Thank you guys for having me. I'm actually really excited to be able to talk about this. So thank you

again. Yeah, you were just mentioning before the call that you've never really spoken to anyone

about this in your life. Well, I've spoken to a therapist and another therapist before that,

but personal friends close friends of mine are the only people I've ever actually been able to

talk to about it. Yeah, well, I guess now let's loop in thousands and thousands and thousands of

strangers. So that's what we do. Yeah, no, we appreciate it. But yeah, can you just start off?
