Hello and welcome to our Monday solo cast where our topic this week is Summer Lifestyle Tips to feel your best

and I'm so excited to share this solo cast with you. I am speaking to you from my porch here in Hawaii and many of the things that I'm going to talk to you about today are ones that I've been living over the last few weeks.

And I just feel really inspired about shifting our whole lifestyle for summer. I feel really inspired from

spending so much time in nature here and so I really want to share some of these

ways that I've been able to really elevate my own vitality and of course impart that to you so you can do the same in your amazing life and your amazing body.

So the key word here is lifestyle because as we always talk about here in our Saluna community

we approach things from our four cornerstone perspective which is food, body,

emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. We believe that when we take care of ourselves in a holistic way, we are able to feel our full potential. We're able to actually feel our best

versus if we just focus on food and diet,

which we are going to talk about today,

but it's not the only thing that makes us feel good.

We need to take care of our stress levels, our emotional well-being,
