Today we're going to be talking about bearing with one another and forgiveness, this big topic of forgiving one another in our homes.

Yeah, lots to share something that we have to practice every day.

Okay, Troy, today's foundation is foundation nine.

Bear with one another.

Forgive as God has forgiven you.

And that's based on Colossians chapter 3, verse 13, which says,

bearing with one another. And if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other,

as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. Man, this is a big topic. And I,

I know that our family needs to visit this all the time.

You know, there are eight of us in the Simon's household and we daily are stepping on one

others' toes in a variety of ways.

Some of us are better at forgiveness than others.

I mean, I'll just fess up that you say, will you forgive me a lot more

readily than I do? And so just starting with our marriage. Maybe that's because I offend you more

than, and I've got to ask that forgiveness. But yeah, there are, you know, out of the eight of us,

not all of us are quick to bear with one another.

Not all of us are equally quick to ask for forgiveness or even quick to forgive.

I mean, some of us hold on to things a little longer than we should.
