Welcome to the Empty Bowl, a meditative podcast about cereal. My name is Justin McAroy and I am a

cereal enthusiast. My name is Dan Goubert and I am a cereal checkspurt. It's a cereal

expert with a specialty in check studies and they focus in all the quests that those checks
