It's simply about deciding that you are worth it and deciding that the company, the person,

the opportunity needs you and that you have value to bring to the table.

And when you are certain of that, which of course is the hard part, so don't worry, we're

going to get into it.

But when you are certain of that, you can show up scared.

You can type an email that you don't need all of your best friends and your mom to read over to make sure is perfect. And you can

press send feeling confident that regardless of how the other person responds, you know that you have

value to give and therefore you have the courage to be bold.
