There are two basic acts of fortitude, attack and endurance. By attack I mean, take action, do what is right in good, even when you don't want to or when it's monotonous but

going but it also means to stand up to things that are bad and change them and resist temptations and defend the good. speak up, and be ready to sacrifice what is lesser, always
