| 1:39.4 | for about a week. And then it fizzled out. And then it started and stopped a few times. |
| 1:45.3 | Then we talked about, hey, how about we wake up in the morning and do a workout, just like 10, 20 minutes to get our brains going? |
| 1:52.4 | And we started that and then stopped because my son was saying, I have to be tired, Dad, and that makes me tired throughout the day. |
