Well as the the world is certainly a little top topsy turvy today folks on the heels of the FBI executing a warrant and search on the home of Donald Trump down there in Florida.

Here a little bit closer to home where we are having a look inside the formation of the new party political party forward as a new anti extremist political party that's comprised of leading national Democrats Republicans and independence and we've got two of of its leaders joining us in our conversation to talk about not just was happening in Florida and how that is playing into the the

term all in on democracy but also about the viability of a third party and whether or not the seeds are being properly sewn and germinated in a way that this cannot only grow could be sustained.

Well, this is this is exciting times. There's no doubt on a whole number of levels certainly in light of what the FBI and Department of Justice are engaged in but even in the political world beyond Donald Trump there's there's excitement and energy as as I noted earlier.

And with the formation of a an emerging party, the forward party and it's just really excited to have two buddies here to talk about that in miles Taylor and Joe Cestak who is.

And I think that's one of whom are poised to sort of help us walk through this this space as Democrat and miles your former Republican recently removed correct if I'm not mistaken.

I am indeed a former Republican proud of it and and Michael I'm going to do everything in my power to lure you.

I'm covered at the light side, you know, I've been just tugging at you, although, although I'll say in your defense boy, it drives them crazy that you're still in the Republican party.

And I admire you for it.

I get cussed out all the time, Joe. It's a it's a sterical. It is like, well, why don't you just leave. I said because it pisses you off that I'm still here.

But anyway, so I think I think the given national events right now it's a perfect setup to what the forward party is all about.

And what you guys are looking to do.

So why don't we begin before we get into the nitty gritty of the FBI warrants and and forward more generically give us a sense of what forward is and what forward isn't because I think that initially some folks may have been confused.
