Good evening. Once again, I am Stephanie Ruhl, and today the Justice Department indicted former FBI director Jim Comey for the second time. These latest charges include

threatening the life of the president. They stem from a picture Comey posted last year, a picture of seashells on the beach that spelled

out 8647.

He quickly took down the image after receiving some backlash, saying he did not realize

that some folks associate those numbers with violence.

DOJ will now have to prove that it was intended as a threat. This afternoon,

acting attorney general and former Trump personal attorney, Todd Blanche, was asked about that

at a news conference on this incident. Watch this. Can you at least give us a sense of whether

you have hard evidence or evidence that shows that Mr. Comey intended for President Trump to be harmed,

and then secondarily, for critics who say, where does free speech end and an actual threat of violence begin?

I don't know what critics say that, especially today, but it's not a very difficult

line to look at, and it's not in my mind a difficult line for one to cross over one way or the other.
