He's currently being charged with sex trafficking where authorities say he uses power, wealth, and influence to wield control over his victims.

This all has to do with Mike Jeffries, who led Abercrombie and Fitch for more than 20 years.

He was under arrest, or he is under arrest as a part of a federal

investigation into a sex trafficking and interstate prostitution case. There's some

pretty bombshell allegations where actually eight men accused him and his inner circle

of sexually exploiting them at lavish parties around the world.

That sounds very familiar, considering everything going on with Diddy.

Also under arrest in this case is Matthew Smith, his longtime partner, who allegedly attended

these parties and also a guy named James Jacobson who allegedly recruited the victims and acted as the middleman in terms of arranging these sex events.

Authorities are saying this is going to send a major message to anybody who thinks that they can use their power to get what they want.

The message from today's prosecution is clear.

Sexually exploiting vulnerable human beings is a crime. In doing so by dangling dreams of a future in fashion or
