the heart. I had a bunch of notes. I know we've been in the beatitudes now for a while. And I'm

going to go back to them. But in this session, I wanted this to really be a heart to heart.

Take your Bibles to Romans chapter 8. I've read this before. I'm going to go in a bit of a

different direction and give you actual, actually do my best to equip you and share some of the

pillars of what I'm about to read. So go to Romans 8, and we're going to begin in verse 28,

and I'm going to read through verse 30.

Let's pray, actually.

Holy Spirit, teach us the precious word of God

that we would see Jesus and know him

and that his beauty would overwhelm us.

In Jesus' precious name.

Amen.

The scripture says in verse 28,

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God,

to those who are called according to his purpose.

For whom he foreknew, he also predestined, to be conformed to the image of his son,

that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

Moreover, whom he predestined, these he also called.

And whom he called, these he also justified.
