We are Him and nothing else,
that's how we forgive ourselves and everyone.
We feel The One where we apepar to be.
We feel The One when that memory comes,
when that thought comes we hear This.
We feel This.

To practice forgiveness is to meditate.
To practice forgiveness is to abide in and as Non-judgemental Awareness.
To practice forgiveness is to have no guilty thoughts about the past and no anxious thoughts about the future.
To practice forgiveness is to look as a silent witness at these negative emotions as they arise.
To practice forgiveness is to no longer identify with these negative emotions that appear to create division and cause Self hatred..
To practice forgiveness is to no longer believe in the concept of a separate self and detach from the emotional effects of this belief held in the body.
To practice forgiveness is to end the illusion of separation and to dissolve into your True Self."-Pat Nolan
"Questioner: In what shape does He come?
Maharaj: According to your expectations.
If you happen to be unlucky and some saintly soul gives you a mantra for good luck and you repeat it WITH FAITH AND DEVOTION, your bad luck is bound to turn.
Steady faith is stronger than destiny.
Destiny is the result of causes, mostly accidental, and is therefore loosely woven. Confidence and good hope will overcome it easily.
Questioner: When a mantra is chanted, what exactly happens?
Maharai: The sound of mantra creates the shape which wil embody the Self.
The Self can embody any shape
- and operate through it.
After all, the Self is expressing itself in action - and a mantra is primarily energy in action. It acts on you, it acts on your surroundings.
Questioner: The mantra is traditional. Must it be so?
Maharaj: Since times immemorial a link was created between certain words and corresponding energies and reinforced by numberless repetitions.
It is just like a road to walk on.
It is an easv wav
- only faith is needed.
You trust the road to take you to your destination." - Nisargadatta Maharaj
"We can not pray in love and live in hate and still think we are worshipping God." - AW Towser
