How did last week go for you? Just take a moment. What I want to you right now is just take one moment with me right now and reflect back on the last week. I want to identify one thing you learned about yourself. It's last week. Just one. One. I don't care how small it is. It's okay if it's little. It's okay if it's big. It's okay for somewhere in the middle. It doesn't matter. Just one thing. And if you learn more, that's okay. But just think about it for a second.
