Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Middleground. I'm Caroline.

And I'm Joe. And today we have Reagan. She's finally here. Reagan in the flesh is sitting across from us staring into our souls.

Happy to be here. If you've listened to the podcast for a while, we taught, or at least I do,

I'm sure you do too. I know I talk about Reagan a lot. I don't know why. You're just my example,

always. She's one of my favorite people on planet Earth, and I'm so excited she's here.

I'm going to give my story with Reagan, because I've known Reagan since she was a baby,

like itty-bitty. That is true. Yeah. And then she moved away from me. I was best friends

with her older sister in like, you know, kindergarten through

second grade, and then they moved. And we didn't have the internet. And so that was that. Our whole

friendship love story was over. And then I got to college. And Reagan's older sister, Riley, ended up

being in my sorority, and we reconnected.

And she's like, my little sister loves photography.

And Reagan, you were what, 13?

13, 14, like baby.

And I was like Reagan will be my adopted little sister. I feel like I have a lot of those. Oh my gosh,

Caroline, are you okay? My nose is so running. Caroline looks like she's bawling her eyes out.

It's such a sweet story. What's funny is everybody thinks that I worked for you and I just met you

a couple years ago. And when I tell I'm like,

oh, like, actually I've known her since I was born, they're like, what? Why? Since when?

Yeah. And Reagan has never worked for me that I know of. You've, you've second shot for me.

Yeah, I haven't worked for you. But like long term, like you employed me. Yeah. I was CEO of the company.

No. Yeah. No. She's just like a little family member. And so she's here. I'm really proud of her
