I'm Joe, and this week is going to be a little bit different.

Caroline is not here with me.

Instead, I am back in Missouri with my family.

Matt and I have come back for the weekend to visit my parents.

And I have my dad. You want to say hello?

Hello.

This is my dad, Greg. And he is going to be our guest today on the podcast. After Caroline

had her mom, Leanne, on a few weeks ago, Lots of you guys asked if moving forward we could have more

family members on the podcast and talk with you just about our backgrounds and tell some of

their stories. So here we are. I, for some reason, am extremely nervous to talk to my father.

You look nervous. I am nervous.

But I'm also really excited.

I am hoping that at some point too, we have mom and Matt in the room with us, but dad and I are the only ones on the mic.

So hopefully in the future we can snag both you guys on mics in a future episode. But for now.

Is this where we tell them that Matt's required for us to have a conversation?

Yeah. Okay. My dad and I can only speak to each other if Matt's in the room to mediate.

I'll be checking in if needed. He's sitting close enough to the mic that he can lean over when

necessary. No.

Anyway, well, I guess let's go ahead and just jump right in.
