Good evening, good morning, and welcome. It's Beyond Reality, the Memorial Day edition.

Welcome, everybody. It's going to be a great program tonight. I'm your host, J.V. Johnson. I just want to start out by saying that the contributions of our men and women in uniform can't be overstated, and particularly those who paid the ultimate price so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we have here in our

country. That's what today is about. I feel weird saying happy Memorial Day, but maybe there

is something to be happy about. Maybe we deserve to be, and we should be happy, because those

who made that ultimate sacrifice did it so that we could be happy. So I'll say

happy Memorial Day, but I hope you took a moment to respect and honor those who paid the

ultimate price, which is what Memorial Day is about. So I hope everybody had an opportunity

at least to spend it with friends and family and relax a little bit. And now you're all wound up so we can have a great program tonight.

We're going to be talking about a couple of different things because we have three people on the show throughout the course of the night.

In the first hour, we've got Scott Walter.

He's been on the program before.

He's a forensic geologist.

He's also host of a television show called America Unearthed. It's on the travel channel. And we're going to talk about the new season of that program that's coming up. What, the 28th? So I guess, oh, in fact, if you're on the East Coast, it is the 28th, so that'll be starting tonight.

And Scott will be talking about what's coming up in the new season of America unearthed.

I think it's the second season for that program.

But he'll be on in the first hour of the show.

And then in the second hour of the show, we're going to be talking about high strangeness.

Now, I just asked my producer, Orion, what that meant completely.

And he's a little unsure, and I'm a little unsure.
