Today's scripture comes from Hebrew 12, 132.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of

witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and sin which claims so closely, and

let us run with endurance the race that is set before us

looking to Jesus the founder and perfecter of our faith who for the joy that

was set before him endured the cross,

despising the shame and is seated at the right hand

of the throne of God.

This is the word of the Lord. The Lord. Hey guys, how we doing?

Well, if you have your Bibles go and grab those, this will be our passage Hebrews chapter 12

earlier this week I was in Orlando preaching and on my first night with this group of

men and women,

the Holy Spirit just fell in a kind of unique, beautiful way.

And over 40 men and women said yes to Jesus

and moved towards him.

And it was a powerful, yeah it was really powerful night and here's where it was like the

first time this week, I mean I knew this, but it was the first time this week I thought, oh man, because what I thought about was you. I thought more of that at TBC Lord, more of that at TBC,

and then my wife, Elsie, her name's Lauren, not Elsie. I realize I call her affectionately

LC, her initials, but her name's not Elsie. I realize this has been a mistake. They're like we love your wife Elsie. I was like well you don't obviously know her because her name's Lauren but
