breath breathing deeply through your nose.

And exhaling through your mouth, expanding your belly, becoming conscious, becoming aware that you are a physical being.

Becoming aware of your body,

of your emotions,

of your energy in this moment.

How do you feel?

I'm feeling good.

Definitely feeling better after that deep breath.

I've had a pretty good morning, like a very chill morning.

I gardened a little bit this morning, listened to some music, meditated.

I hadn't listened to Everything is loved by the Carter since 2018.

And let me tell you, it hit even harder in 2024.

Like every single song.

Like, so good.

And like the things that were saying, it hit me deep in my soul.

I don't know if it hit me deep in my soul in 2018 like it did now, but oh my gosh.

So good.

This morning was needed because I don't know.
