Summary

In this episode ofThe goop Podcast, Gwyneth reflects on her lifelong relationship with food—and how it’s quietly shaped the way she loves, connects, and heals. She shares how her father’s deep love of meals—and his eventual illness—transformed her understanding of nourishment and sparked a journey that would go on to define her approach to cooking, healing, and care.    She speaks to the beauty of feeding the people you love—from Saturday morning breakfasts for Brad to the everyday joy of cooking for her children—and how the kitchen became her space for creativity, grounding, and love.    This is an episode about food—but more than that, it’s about the quiet ways we show love, the memories that linger long after the meal, and the sacredness of gathering around a table with the people who matter most.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
