So one of the things that makes Christmas special are the traditions.

I know this year is going to look a little bit different than most, but you have some traditions that you're normally excited about looking forward to that are just always in the flow.

That's the case for our family.

One tradition that I married into was the White Elephant Gift Exchange.

Anybody else do the White Elephant Gift Exchange in your flow?

Okay, three people here at 515.

Anybody loved the White Elephant Gift Exchange? Like you were excited about it. You like gear up for this. You plan all year.

You kind of got your strategy and your flow.

Well, if you don't know, the White Elephant Gift Exchange is when everybody shows up with a wrapped gift, but you don't know who it's from.

You don't know what's in it. You put it around the tree.

Everyone grabs a number. When it's your number, it's your turn to either pick a gift.

Or if you've already seen something that you like, then you steal the gift. We're really teaching people about the spirit of Christmas here, right?

You either choose what you want or steal what you want.

I'll be honest. Britney's family has done this the last several years.

I traditionally do not like the White Elephant Gift Exchange.

Here's why. Because I feel like we bring pretty good gifts when we show up.

We're not just something that we think people will want. But most of the time it's a night full of selfishness, conniving, stealing alliances.

And at the end of the day, I leave with something that I don't want. No offense to Britney's family.
