Could it possibly set up any better for the Kansas City Chiefs?

The Chargers and their quarterback, Philip Rivers Jr., throws a pick at the end of the game

and loses the Cowboys on Monday night.

They're struggling. They're two and three. And if the Chiefs win on Sunday at Arrowhead,

the Kansas City Chiefs move to 6 and 1, which will have them at least tied for the best

record in the National Football League. They have the second best scoring defense in the NFL,

the Chiefs do. And so here come the Chargers.

When this game, the Chargers go to two and four. They are widely regarded as the most serious

threat to the division against the Chiefs. And to be honest, if we want to flip the tables,

if the Chargers do come in and pull off the upset against Kansas City, it does change the

look of the division pretty dramatically and

probably would open up an awful lot of questions about the Chiefs. That's because the Chiefs have

been so dominant in this division against all these opponents. Sometimes it's been fairly easy

to beat these teams. Other times, it's been let them beat themselves. Herbert will throw a pick

in the past car would throw a pick.

Any Denver quarterback they've trotted out the last decade or so would throw a pick or make

a mistake at the end of the game. It's never set up better for this kind of football for the

Chiefs. This is the first time Patrick Mahomes has had a really rock solid defense. And it looks

legit. We should have enough of a sample size right now to say, look, it looks like the Chiefs will at least maybe have like a top 10 defense in the NFL. Right now, again, number two in scoring defense, which is awesome. If you have that and you have Patrick Mahomes, you're going to be hard to beat. That's what the charges are up against Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium, and they've got to be reeling

after their disappointing loss on Monday night to the Dallas Cowboys.
