0:06.2	They get underway today, tomorrow, a couple days next week or later on in the week as the Eagles are back on the field for the first time post-Super Bowl.
0:15.2	This is really our first chance, Adam, to check these guys out.
0:18.6	Let's get a little intel and a little bit of a preview of what we might see.
0:23.9	We did have the offseason OTAs in April, but this is now a little bit more.
0:29.7	There's a couple phases here.
0:31.0	So let's get a little intel and a preview of what the fans can expect these next couple days.
0:36.6	Yeah, Mike, so these are the real O-T.
0:38.4	So what, phase one, there's nothing on the field.
0:41.1	That's all strength and conditioning.
0:42.5	As one coach told me, it's been a league a long time.
0:45.9	The trainers get them weight room and so forth.
0:49.6	Phase two, Mike, is when you could start doing some stuff on the field with coaches,
0:53.7	but at a walk-through pace,
0:56.1	not real strenuous, as this coach told me, it's, can they learn and what have they learned?
1:02.0	You're basically testing them from a mental standpoint, because the tape tells you,
1:06.1	the college tape tells you athletic they are, in phase three, which they're going to be in now,
1:11.6	this is when there's a little bit of competition, not a lot.
1:14.3	The real competition obviously starts in training camp,
1:16.7	but you can do nine on, you can do 11 on 11.
1:20.2	There's no contact.
1:21.9	11, 11, 7 on 7, 7, 7, 9 on 7.
