podcast for the hungry people by the hungry people and I am your hungry host Joe

House. My podcast pals my hungry hom Tastes, I am approaching this week's show with the

reverence it deserves. We are on the brink of Thanksgiving, quite likely the most important holiday in the history of

humankind. I'm very pleased with today's show. We have a food

sides. Also, as a food side.

Also, as a little bit of a surprise,

we grabbed Kelly Olinick of the Miami Heat. He was here in D.C. last week for a game, the Heat and the Whiz.

Kelly and I broke bread and made peace after he broke my heart last year in game seven of the

Eastern Conference semifinals.

A wonderful dinner at Momofuku C. C. D.C. the D.C. version of Dave Chang's fantastic

Momofuku. Kelly had not been before. I stole his Momofuku virginity.

Kelly is a deep foodie,

and we talked about his trials and tribulations

all over this great country of ours

in terms of eating as an NBA player,

Kelly with a really deep sushi background including making

sushi in his dorm room at Gonzaga University you're going to enjoy that

conversation I promise it we may even have to turn this into a new segment.
