now I'm losing the weight I've gone from a size 12 to a size 6 just simply by

enjoying my life and not caring about food. Of course I didn't have this goal in mind, but when I first started this journey back in 2015 when I was finally like, I am done with caring so much about my body and weight and when I jump on the scale I was

either going to be super super super happy or super super pissed off at myself and disappointed in myself and angry, when I made that

commitment to eat all of the things and really embrace everything and not have limits to then

eat a whole bunch of things and then default back to

keto and eat keto and now I'm fasting long periods of time I'm not hungry as

much I'm drinking alcohol again and just loving my life and having great sex for the first time

in a really long time and really feeling empowered in my own body.

I've lost a ton of weight by not even thinking about it.

understand that there is light at the end of the tunnel and by healing our bodies,

although it does take some time, it took me about four years to heal my body.
