I had the distinct honor of interviewing one of your fellow meditators, and I'll be releasing

that interview very soon.

And she went on a quest because I occasionally offer this as a theme.

And the last time I offered it was during the pandemic.

And at that time, she went on a quest to pursue her art.

And she lives in San Francisco. She is an amazing artist, but she is a teacher

by profession. She teaches in a high school. Well, she really wanted to take her art to the next

level. So she did so by going on a quest to raise money to open her own studio in San Francisco.

She applied for several grants and she got them. She was able to open her own art studio,

all because she went on a quest.

But she did something else, and this is what I want to share with you today as your insight

before you're guided in today's meditation.

She believed in herself.

And what your quest does is it helps you to believe in yourself.

Because if you don't believe in yourself as you are pursuing your quest,

you are not likely to continue with your quest.
